SIMPLETEC Single Station Quench Presses are efficient and high productive machine for precision gears, bearing races and similar components. With proven experience of over 26 years, our machines are well accepted in the world market. The compact 3-Ram design enables independent pressing of the Outer Ring, Inner Ring and the Expander. 1-Ram design is offered for components with fewer profiles, like bearing races, simple gears, etc. All operations, except loading of components, are automatic. The ram pressing force can be precisely set as required. Pressing force, quenching time and quench oil flow can be seen on an HMI. Two variants in single station quench presses are offered, one with fixed table and the other with a retractable table, for the convenience of loading and unloading. The quench press can be equipped with Secondary Quench System, Refrigerated Oil Chiller Unit, Electrostatic Fume Precipitator, Robotic Loading System, etc.
