SIMPLETEC Draw-Quench Presses have been developed for manufacturing disc plough and similar components. With our new technique, the disc can be drawn and press quenched in a single operation. Instead of initially forming it a hydraulic draw press and subsequently press-quenching it in a quench press, the two operations are combined in one machine, to save heat and time. Two Draw-quench Presses can be placed side by side to get production. The entire operation of loading of the component from the furnace at above 850º C to placing it in a bin is automatic. The quench press can be equipped with Secondary Quench System, Refrigerated Oil Chiller Unit, Electrostatic Fume Precipitator, Robotic Loading System, Unloading Manipulator, etc.
