SIMPLETEC Single, Two and Three Station Pneumatic Quench Presses are suitable for small components. In multiple station machines, while quench is in process in one station, the operator can load components in the other stations. Loading of component is manual and component is ejected out automatically. The machines are complete with electric control panel, pneumatic control panel, quench oil system and automatic part ejection system. The quench press can be equipped with Secondary Quench System, Refrigerated Oil Chiller Unit, Robotic Loading System, etc.
